Joel Hirschman has a BS and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering with the emphasis on computer engineering. His background includes 23 years with IBM in the design of hardware and software systems, specializing in large state of the art laser Printing systems.

Joel founded J HIRSCHMAN Technologies in 1994, affording him the opportunity to assist a variety of businesses with both hardware and software solutions.  Our completed projects demonstrate the diversity of our capabilities. Several of those projects are described on this web site.

We develop specialized desktop applications. For example, a data base in Access or SQL Server may be required in your business. We create specialized software that you can include in your product. We also develop function web sites. These provide customer interaction with your database, and often with your product. We use the latest Visual Studio Technologies from Microsoft. Because of our wide experience in this area, when supplementing your staff, we can work with whatever tools you are already using.
